B2B-Small business Loans &
Financing Funding

THE CONTEXT

A platform designed to help small and mid-sized businesses access fast and tailored financing solutions. The goal was twofold: to streamline the loan application experience for users, and to improve how the internal team reviewed and processed applications on their side.

As it was a design-only engagement, there was no development from our side. I delivered fully interactive prototypes via InVision, along with the original design files, a detailed style guide, and documentation to support a smooth handoff to their development team.

DESIGNING

I was responsible for designing two different platforms—one for internal teams managing customers, and another for customers to apply for loan through an external portal or website.

Case Leads

The internal team is divided to handle different aspects of the product. The experience below focuses on assigned leads, which refers to businesses that have applied for a loan. Employees can view leads assigned to them by a lead manager or assigned by them.

They can review lead details and take various actions, such as scheduling an appointment, marking the lead as qualified, identifying it as a potential startup, putting it on hold, blocking or activating the account, adding notes, modifying ownership, or updating the lead status after making contact or at any stage in the process.

Customer Application

Customer view is for applying for a loan after creating an account. It features a four-step form that gathers essential business information, including credit and debt details.
