THE CONTEXT

Hatica is building SAAS B2B Analytics product for Engineering manager and leader. Generating AI driven insights to enhance productivity and wellbeing across teams.

THE OBJECTIVE

Design an end-to-end check-ins experience for engineering managers to gauge and improve developer experience with stand-ups, retrospectives, and developer surveys, all via Slack and Email.

My role and team

I was the sole UI/UX Designer

For understanding engineering managers and developers pain, needs and expectations, I  coordinated with product owner and Engineering lead. Additionally, conducted competitive research

Vision

Empower teams to stay connected, aligned, and productive by delivering smarter check-ins that drive clear communication, seamless collaboration, and measurable progress

Users can easily choose from ready-made check-ins or create their own to fit their team’s unique needs

Check-ins connect with tools like Slack, Jira, or Asana to gather better insights and simplify teamwork

Users can view all their check-in data in one place to understand how their team is doing and track progress.

3. DESIGN AND TEST

Based on the final discussions over research, sketches and site map I finished the designs along with managing the design system
