Were Really Sweet :)

Sonal was the UI/UX designer from EMIDS (formerly Quovantis), who worked on my company’s cloud-based digital invoicing platform. Over the 5 years, I managed the development team of Invoitix AG, I worked with multiple UI/UX designers, but Sonal was by far the most creative, fastest and professional that I have experienced. She additionally had a special soft skill that made her invaluable to our development efforts. During the planning phases of new functionalities, I would discuss our needs with her, often brainstorming possible solutions. She was quick to suggest solid solutions in a very calm manner and she helped reduce the number of questions coming from our development team to me. Through the brainstorming sessions, Sonal understood how the app should function, she developed her Figma designs eloquently, and on her own initiative, started answering all developer questions directly. Any questions she was unsure about, she would compile in a list and present to me in our next meeting. The whole development effort was thus increased through her involvement. I was extremely sad to see her leave my project. I am sure Sonal, in a very short period, will be impressing her new manager and development team members, as she impressed me and my team!
